Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize high-frequency trading strategies across various asset classes, including equities, futures, options, and FX.

Execute trades with precision and efficiency to capture alpha in rapidly changing market conditions.

Conduct research and analysis to identify new trading opportunities and refine existing strategies.

Monitor and manage risk exposure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, research, and risk management to drive innovation and enhance trading performance.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, PhD) preferred.

Proven experience in high-frequency trading, market-making, or algorithmic trading strategies.

Strong programming skills in languages such as C++ or similar.

Deep understanding of market microstructure, order flow dynamics, and electronic trading platforms.

Excellent quantitative analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make quick decisions under pressure.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented culture.
