Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Reports to: HR Head
Department: Human Resources
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Corporate Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to
join our growing HR team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and executing a variety
of learning and development programs that foster employee growth, enhance skills, and
support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with leaders across the
company to understand training needs, create tailored learning experiences, and measure the
effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learning & Development Strategy:
o Collaborate with senior leaders to identify current and future skill gaps and
training needs across departments.
o Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with the
company's goals, culture, and business objectives.
o Develop a learning roadmap to build leadership capabilities, enhance employee
performance, and support career development.
• Training Program Design and Delivery:
o Create engaging and innovative training content and materials for both in-person
and virtual training sessions.
o Facilitate and deliver training sessions on various topics, including leadership
development, communication skills, compliance, diversity and inclusion, and
technical skills.
o Lead employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and effective
introduction for new hires.
• Employee Engagement and Development:
o Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the
organization.
o Develop personalized learning paths and career development programs to
support employee growth and succession planning.
o Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, helping them navigate career
development opportunities.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting:
o Measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs through feedback,
assessments, and performance metrics.
o Prepare and present reports to leadership on training outcomes, ROI, and
suggestions for program improvements.
o Use data and feedback to continuously improve training offerings and employee
development initiatives.
• Collaboration and Support:
o Work with department heads to understand specific training needs and
customize programs to address these needs.
o Partner with external training providers and consultants as needed for
specialized content or certifications.
o Act as a subject matter expert on L&D best practices, providing guidance to
managers and employees on training resources.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology,
Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in corporate learning and development, talent management.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery
methods.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for a wide range of
employee levels.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze learning needs, develop impactful training programs, and assess
learning effectiveness.
• Familiarity with leadership development, succession planning, and career development
strategies.
• Experience with change management and driving cultural transformations through
learning initiatives
