Study Abroad Global (SAG) is an EdTech startup with a mission of leveraging technology to democratize global education by facilitating seamless connections between students, expert counselors and universities.


We offer English speaking destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Holland, and Ireland. We helped hundreds of students join their chosen institutions. We offer higher education courses, high schools in addition to language courses abroad.


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Recruitment Manager based in Mumbai or New Delhi, India to join our team. In this role, the Student Recruitment Manager will support the expansion of the company via its online platform into the Indian market. Their role will be crucial in meeting our annual recruitment targets, enhancing our presence in the country, and attracting high-quality educational consultants.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Student Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:


Recruitment

  • Prospecting and recruiting local educational consultants for SAG platform to recruit students to our partner institutions.
  • Training, supporting and supervising the local educational consultants to achieve the annual student recruitment targets.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of adapted student recruitment strategies.
  • Executing marketing, communication, and student engagement plans.
  • Participating in student recruitment activities such as education fairs.
  • Organizing student recruitment activities such as school tours and open days for SAG educational consultants.
  • Preparing detailed reports on recruitment activities, outcomes, and market trends.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators and providing analytical reports to assist senior management in strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement tailored campaigns.


Applications and Admission:

  • Guiding the educational consultants through the application and enrolment process for their students.
  • Implementing applicant engagement and conversion plans.
  • Coordinating with SAG partner institutions to follow up on applications and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Assist the educational consultants with their students’ pre-departure and enrolment processes.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in international student recruitment.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and friendly approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
