About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across core business domains—such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, CRM, and Manufacturing—and a proven track record of delivering successful ERP projects, preferably with platforms like Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics.

This role involves working closely with clients to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure ERP systems are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business processes and map them to ERP functionalities.
  • Design and configure ERP modules across Finance, Sales, Inventory, CRM, Procurement, warehouse and forecasting etc.
  • Define functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to validate the functionalities.
  • Conduct UAT, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring ERP solutions drive business efficiency.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support project planning and delivery efforts.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in ERP implementation and business process consulting.
  • Deep understanding of at least one major ERP system (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
  • Proven experience in Finance, Sales, Inventory, and CRM modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working on multi-module, cross-functional ERP projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ERP Functional Certification (e.g., Odoo Certified, SAP FI/SD, Oracle Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience with business process reengineering and change management.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Should be implemented minimum 5 ERP.
  • End to end implementation.
