Salary Budget: 45L-60 LPA


Position Summary: Leads the organization in preparing Business Plan, analysis of all airline-route combinations, arriving at right identification of routes and airlines to increase passenger traffic by bringing in more airlines and enhancing connectivity and point to point traffic.


Responsibilities:


  • Identification and analysis of potential new destinations / more frequencies at existing destinations
  • Engaging with Airlines and other Air carriers to understand and plan the appropriate slots
  • Identify routes that require more frequency/ aircraft capacity upgradation etc.
  • Benchmarking with competitor airports for optimising air traffic services
  • Marketing and social media campaigns to attract relevant carriers and long-haul destinations
  • Relationship Management with various Air Carriers

QUALIFICATIONS
