Art Director

We’re hiring Art Director (Work From Office – Chalakudy, Kerala | Malayalam required).We’re looking for a designer strong in packaging, print-ready artwork, branding, FMCG design, and social media creatives. A full-time on-site role for someone who can mix creativity with strategy across digital and physical touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate standout packaging designs aligned with brand goals.Develop and manage print-ready artwork (labels, brochures, flyers, marketing collaterals).Lead branding projects — logos, brand guidelines, visual systems.Design high-impact social creatives (posts, ads, carousels, stories).Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visuals.Coordinate with print vendors (dielines & print specs required).Team management and guiding junior designers when needed.Stay updated with design and market trends relevant to FMCG and digital design.Requirements5+ years of experience in graphic design, with strong exposure to FMCG packaging & branding.Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (AE/Canva is a plus).Strong portfolio covering packaging, branding, and digital design.Solid understanding of print production techniques and social media trends.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead creatively.Must know Malayalam.What We OfferSalary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience)Free accommodationOpportunity to work on fast-growing consumer brandsCollaborative and creative work cultureHow to ApplySend your portfolio + resume to: 📧 contact@tmscreatives.com or apply directly via LinkedIn.
