We are a leading algorithmic trading firm specializing in High Frequency Trading with an in-house multi-asset execution system for equities, equity derivatives, currency derivatives, commodity derivatives.


Responsibilities


  • Plan the steps involved in the interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, tests, and in-person interviews.
  • Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere to corporate objectives and strategies in the responsible function.
  • Distribute proposals to successful candidates and negotiate salary.
  • Examines job applications and reference checks reports.


Requirements


  • Working knowledge in a position as a talent acquisition specialist or another comparable position
  • Practical learning expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and evaluating candidates
  • Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in social media and digital recruitment technologies
  • Highly effective at making decisions and solving problems
