Key Responsibilities:


  • To manage Secretarial process framework for the Organization.
  • To assist in convening Board Meetings.
  • FEMA exposure along with FDI regulations.
  • To ensure company follows all corporate governance standards.
  • Comply with ROC & MCA requirements.
  • Maintenance of Minutes of Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings & Extra Ordinary General meetings.
  • Compliances with Companies Act 2013, & Other Statutes.
  • Maintenance of Statutory Registers etc.
  • Interaction with External Agencies for Secretarial Compliances.
  • Regularly update the compliance database, managing the timelines mandated as per law.
  • Communicating with consultants (Practicing CS) on ongoing matters of the Company.
  • As a part of this role, you will assist the Legal head in under various verticals like drafting, vetting and negotiation of the agreements.
