PeopleSoft HCM – Application Developer:

As an application developer, you will be involved on all development, enhancement and bug fixing projects of the HCM

• Develops customizations and bolt-on solutions within the PeopleSoft environment to meet customer needs and

requests

especially in the areas of Core HR and custom Compensation modules

• Excellent technical expertise on all the People Tools technologies including Integration broker and Fluid pages

• Understand the requirement and be able to evaluate feasibility of its implementation

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Bug Fixing and enhancement

• Troubleshooting of process failures

• Good to have experience on working with AGILE methodology

• Should be able to work collaboratively with different teams to achieve the goal

• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Responsible for all the functional/technical deliveries assigned.

• Solve technical challenges and understand the functional scope.

• Should be a self-starter, having passion for technology, must be a quick leaner and should be able to work on development/

enhancement projects with minimum guidance

• Understanding/experience on Informatica skill will be advantage.

Specific Context

PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional Developer knowledge with hands-on design, build and test experience. At least 3-7

years.

Exposer to PeopleSoft functional modules:

• PeopleSoft Core HR (Mandatory)

• PeopleSoft or bolt-on compensation (Nice to have)

• Security (Nice to have)

PeopleSoft Technical hands-on knowledge on below tools are mandatory

• Integration technologies (IB/Web Services/Interface)

• Fluid development and tiles

• Worked in HCM 9.2 is an added advantage

• Oracle package and functions (Nice to have)

• Unix shell scripting basics (Nice to have)
