We are in search of a Senior Advertising Copywriter to join our team at M.G Road, Agra, for a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating and persuasive copy across various advertising mediums to effectively communicate brand messages and drive consumer engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative and compelling copy for advertising campaigns across print, digital, social media, and audiovisual platforms.

2. Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute advertising strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity.

3. Interpret client briefs and market research to deliver copy that resonates with target audiences and achieves desired campaign outcomes.

4. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all advertising materials.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and advertising best practices to inform copywriting decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

6. Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.

7. Present and articulate creative ideas internally and to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.

8. Mentor junior copywriters, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth within the team.

Eligibility Criteria & Talent Required:

• Master's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing skills with a flair for creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of advertising principles, branding strategies, and consumer psychology.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools for copywriting, editing, and project management.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful advertising campaigns and projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
