Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing, preferably in supply chain planning applications, or experience with Kinaxis as an Engineer/Developer and willing to be in a testing position.

- Strong understanding of functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

- Willingness to learn Kinaxis Maestro and adapt to new functionalities.

- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and follow defined testing processes.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP.

- Prior experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro.

- Exposure to other advanced planning systems like Blue Yonder.

- Functional knowledge of supply chain planning concepts.

- Experience in performance testing.

Job Description

We are seeking a QA Analyst to support manual testing efforts for Kinaxis Maestro, a supply chain planning tool. This role will focus on validating configurations and enhancements across various planning modules, working closely with the India QA team and cross-functional stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience in supply chain applications and a willingness to learn Kinaxis Maestro functionality. Perform manual testing of Kinaxis Maestro configurations in QA environments. Validate enhancements and deployments in modules such as: Demand Planning Supply Planning Master Production Scheduling Inventory Management Aggregated Supply Planning Collaborate with the support team and business users for business validation. Conduct integration testing with backend systems, especially SAP ERP. Participate in regression and performance testing activities. Work closely with the QA Lead to understand user stories, expected outcomes, and execute test cases accordingly. Support incremental project and enhancement work across North American functionalities. Be open to contributing to light development/configuration tasks as needed.
