Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Marketing and Communication to lead and implement strategic marketing and communication initiatives. The AGM will play a pivotal role in shaping our public image, driving engagement, and promoting our mission through effective communication strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with EPSI’s objectives and goals.
  • Brand Management: Enhance and maintain EPSI’s brand presence and reputation across various platforms.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government bodies, and media partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform marketing strategies and drive innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing and communication team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing and communication roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and stakeholder communication. Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages and engage diverse audiences.
