Our title, Gods of Cricket, is the world’s first full-scale 11v11 multiplayer cricket game built on Unreal Engine.Cinematic trailer: https://youtu.be/Oj623A71okcGameplay Trailer Streetz: https://youtu.be/vpuv0aaNgOQGameplay Trailer International: https://youtu.be/eR7-mGjTpDAWe are looking for Unreal developers who are passionate about bringing an ambitious project to life.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain core gameplay systems using C++ and Blueprints in Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5).Help build and polish UI systems for highest qualityHelp polish game mechanics, player controls, physics interactions, player animations.Optimize game performance for mobile, PC, and console platforms.Collaborate with artists, designers, and other engineers to implement engaging gameplay features.Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices.Debug and fix critical issues related to user interface, gameplay and overall game polish.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong C++ programming skills, with hands-on experience in Unreal Engine (preferably UE5).Experience with programming UI systems (like Lyra) in UE.Experience integrating third-party libraries and plugins.Some experience with asynchronous programming and REST API usage in UE/C++Ability to profile and optimize game performance and memory usage.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Bonus SkillsExposure to advanced game physics, including collision handling, ragdoll systems, projectile mechanics, and real-time physics interactions.Exposure to performance profiling and debugging tools like Unreal Insights and RenderDoc.Familiarity with Unreal Engine sub systems, including Gameplay Tags, Asset Management, and modular gameplay frameworksKnowledge of shader programming (HLSL) or material optimization for performance on multiple platforms.Understanding of live service game architecture and scalable game systems.Soft Skills• Strong technical communication skills and the ability to explain complex visual or pipeline issues to team members.• Proactive mindset with a passion for solving real-time challenges.• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, agile environments.What you will get:Opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of developers and artistsExperience working on a massively ambitious first of it's kind sports gameExperience with advanced game code and mechanicsExperience with multiplayer systems and networkingAn extremely engaging work environment designed to make you love coming in to work
