Experience with RSA Archer, MetricStream, or any other compliance management tool is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Potential GRC Solutions: Identify potential GRC solution providers in the market, organize and arrange demos, and conduct Proof of Concept evaluations.
  • IT Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of GRC solutions and systems to meet organizational compliance requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee compliance program projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and periodic reporting to the Regional Compliance team.
  • Compliance Programs: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs tailored to specific industry regulations and standards.
  • GRC Tools Optimization: Utilize and optimize GRC tools and software (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream) to support compliance and risk management activities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on compliance objectives and project milestones.


Skills:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT implementation within the GRC field or a related area.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, particularly in implementing compliance programs or systems.
  • GRC Tools: Strong understanding and practical experience with GRC tools and software, including RSA Archer and MetricStream.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
