Position Overview:

As a Nutritionist at The Homy, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to promote healthy living through balanced and nutritious meals. You will collaborate closely with our culinary team to develop menu plans that align with our customers' dietary requirements and preferences. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for nutrition, you will ensure that every meal meets our exacting standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our culinary team to design menu plans that are nutritionally balanced and aligned with our customers' dietary goals.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and provide personalized recommendations to support our customers' health and wellness objectives.
  • Analyze recipes and meal preparations to ensure accuracy in portion sizes, calorie counts, and nutrient composition.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in nutrition science, incorporating new insights into our menu development process.
  • Educate customers on the nutritional benefits of our meal offerings and guide healthy eating habits.
  • Work closely with our chefs to source high-quality ingredients and optimize meal preparation techniques for maximum nutritional value.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, making adjustments to menu plans as needed to meet evolving preferences and dietary needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certified Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian credential (preferred).
  • Proven experience in menu planning and recipe development, preferably in a culinary or food service setting.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition principles, including macronutrients, micronutrients, and dietary guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey nutritional information to individuals with varying levels of dietary knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in nutritional analysis.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
