Marketing Solutions Specialist


Location: Remote

Job Status: Full-time

Start Date: Immediately

Remuneration: $700-$1000 per month (experience dependent)


Your Opportunity


We’re seeking a creative, talented, and driven individual to craft persuasive copy/content to attract new learners, engage existing students, and encourage continuing professional education in health and nutrition sciences. You will also actively contribute to the implementation and promotion of our campaigns across diverse platforms using different tools and strategies. 


This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by combining your writing skills with hands-on execution.

You’re a great fit for this role if:


  • You are a creative wordsmith who specialises in both short and long-form marketing communication
  • You have a passion for writing (both short and long forms), designing, marketing, and digital communications
  • You thrive on implementing creative marketing solutions and optimising existing campaigns for better conversions
  • You’re familiar with marketing and implementation tools (eg, Canva, Optinmonster, chatbots, ActiveCampaign, Integrately, Pictory, etc), analytics platforms, and social media channels
  • You can adapt your writing style to suit different platforms, products, and audiences


Responsibilities


As a Marketing Solutions Specialist, your responsibilities will include:


  • Collaborating with the marketing and product team to develop campaign strategies and messaging 
  • Writing persuasive ad and email copy that aligns with campaign goals
  • Seamlessly executing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and web
  • Using tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms to track performance and optimise content
  • Crafting landing page copy that drives conversions and user engagement
  • Creating and implementing video scripts for promotional videos 
  • Staying up-to-date with effective trends and recommending innovative approaches to grow our reach
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, infographics, checklists, and presentations


Qualifications and Experience


  • 3-5 years of working knowledge in marketing and communications
  • Proven experience in both copywriting and campaign implementation
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics


This role is NOT for you if:


  • You prefer devising high-level strategies without hands-on execution
  • You are primarily an SEO specialist looking to focus exclusively on search engine rankings and keyword research
  • You rely on quick experimental techniques or go for conventional blueprints only (without thinking out of the box) 
  • You thrive in a traditional office environment and struggle with remote work dynamics
  • You are uncomfortable adapting your writing style for various platforms and audiences
  • You prefer working independently rather than collaborating closely with a team
  • You are uncomfortable with learning new tools a technologies
