Role Description

We are seeking passionate and experienced online tutors to join our team and empower students in their learning journey. As an online tutor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting interactive and engaging tutoring sessions through click2school via zoom .
  2. Providing personalized academic support and guidance to students in various subjects.
  3. Creating and implementing effective lesson plans and courses 
  4. Assessing student progress and maintaining clear communication with students and their parents/guardians regarding progress and goals.
  5. Utilizing AI-powered learning capabilities through click2school platform for innovative teaching techniques to enhance learning outcomes.


Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, the subject area of expertise, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in an online setting.
  3. Strong knowledge and proficiency in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  6. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
  7. Reliable internet connection and proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
