Our client is a prominent global bank partnering with Mastercard. As an MIS Reporting Analyst, you will use SQL, Tableau, and Excel to pull files, extract and match data, and generate reports with meaningful insights for the Disputes leadership team. Reports will include, for example, the agents success rate, how the organization is performing, and how the controls are performing.
