As our Technical Recruiter, you'll be the cornerstone of our talent acquisition strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting brilliant minds across diverse technical disciplines, propelling our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to precisely understand the company's technical staffing requirements and devise strategic recruitment plans tailored to meet these needs effectively.
  • Understand and translate technical job requirements into effective job postings and recruitment campaigns.
  • Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles by leveraging a variety of sourcing methods like job boards, networking, and social media, ensuring a focus on both technical proficiency and cultural fit.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge candidate qualifications, interest and arrange subsequent interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future vacancies, ensuring readiness to meet staffing needs.
  • Keep updated with the latest trends in aerospace technology and recruitment practices to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate assessment.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to, employee records management, compliance with labor laws, and coordination of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR services and processes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the aerospace industry or related technical fields.
  • Strong understanding of technical terms and concepts related to aerospace engineering.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
