Delta V Engineer/ Lead DeveloperTechnical/Functional SkillsDelta V Engineering and Operational supportKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and Configuration: Develop and configure DeltaV DCS solutions in compliance with project requirements and industry standardsCommissioning and Qualification: Support the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) phase of new drug substance facilities, ensuring successful integration and operation of critical control systemsOperational Support: Provide operational and project support for PLC, DCS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and ancillary data systems used to control and collect data for manufacturing operationsTroubleshooting: Resolve software and automation-related issues during the C&Q phase and ensure smooth system integrationContinuous Improvement: Be accountable for system performance, continuous improvement, and large-scale innovationRequired Qualifications:Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plantsTechnical Skills: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systemsIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA S-88, S-95, GAMP,GXP compliance.Experience RequiredExperience: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plantsTechnical Skills: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systemsExperience on DeltaV-MES interface, L2 integrations, report developmentKnowledge of ISA95/S88 standards & practical use of these standards in application design, Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing.Good Communication and Analytical skillsHands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance ModuleConfiguration, CustomizationInstallation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration.Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11Roles & ResponsibilitiesDelta V EngineerMentor and Build teamClient LiasoningIT SkillsKnowledge on SQL queries, C-Sharp, Java, PLC logicUser management and system profile creations.Generic Managerial SkillsDevelop technology competencyShowcase Solution & delivery capability to prospect customersDelivery accelerators developmentConsulting template & artifacts developmentCollaborate with other domain centric center of excellence for development of solution-based offerings
