Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and execution of a variety of civil engineering projects. You will work collaboratively with other engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


Responsibilities

  • Project Design: Prepare detailed engineering plans, calculations, and specifications for various civil engineering projects (e.g., roadways, bridges, water/wastewater systems, site development).
  • Project Management: Oversee project progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Technical Expertise: Conduct site investigations and surveys. Analyze data and prepare technical reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Client Collaboration: Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and address concerns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
