Job Title: SAP BSA (Business Systems Analyst)

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Shift Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM IST


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP CS (Customer Service) modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding the current AS-IS system, evaluating the high-level design provided by the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team, and ensuring smooth integration into the future state. The role requires strong collaboration with developers, functional consultants, and key stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly understand and document the AS-IS setup of existing systems.
  • Analyze and validate the impact of high-level future-state designs proposed by the EA team.
  • Develop and maintain Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, and collaborate with technical developers.
  • Create test scenarios and participate in testing phases such as FUT (Functional Unit Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing).
  • Execute cutover activities, resolve defects, and provide hyper-care support post-implementation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of hands-on SAP experience with configuration in SAP SD and SAP CS modules in a lead role.
  • Strong expertise in implementing/supporting SAP CS in global environments, including:
  • PM (Plant Maintenance)
  • Field Service
  • Internal Repair
  • Service Contracts
  • Returns & Repair Processing
  • Mastery in related areas such as:
  • Master Data Management (Install Base, Customer Master, Material Master, BOM, Equipment Master)
  • Service Contracts and Serial Numbers
  • Pricing & Output Records
  • Experience in developing reports, Smart Forms, and custom Z-transactions within SAP SD and CS.
  • Exposure to S/4 HANA.
  • Deep understanding of Service Orders and integration throughout installation, warranty, and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to read and perform basic ABAP debugging.
  • Proven experience in integrating SAP with non-SAP systems in both upstream and downstream environments.
  • Experience in Enterprise Digital Transformation or ERP Rationalization Projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to PMO and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturers, Medical Equipment Manufacturers, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Field Service Management, and Power BI.
  • Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
