We’re bringing structure, accessibility, and meaning to this massive market and design is at the center of that transformation.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who can push the boundaries of what consumer experiences can be, at the intersection of AI, systems thinking, and human-centered design. This is not a role for someone who just ships screens. You’ll shape product strategy, influence business outcomes, and build design systems that scale to millions.As part of a fast-moving, high-ownership design team, you’ll lead end-to-end design for flagship features and entirely new product lines. From 0 → 1 concepts to scaled experiences and play a key role in shaping the future of devotion-tech in India.What You’ll DoOwn the design vision for key product areas, from research and concept to launch and iterationDesign AI-powered, data-driven experiences that improve engagement, conversion, and retentionBuild and evolve scalable design systems for both mobile and web platformsPartner closely with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to shape product roadmaps and define success metricsLeverage user insights, qualitative research, and behavioral data to inform and validate design decisionsChampion design thinking and mentor junior designers, raising the bar for craft, systems thinking, and storytellingPush innovation through rapid experimentation, leveraging tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Claude, and moreWhat We’re Looking For5-8+ years of product design experience in consumer tech, social, or gaming productsProven track record designing high-impact, user-centric experiences at scale (portfolio required)Deep expertise in interaction design, typography, layout, and visual systemsStrong grasp of data-informed design, you connect pixels to metrics (engagement, retention, growth)Hands-on mastery of Figma and proficiency with rapid prototyping toolsAI-fluent mindset, experimenting with AI in your design workflow or building AI-first featuresExcellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsBonus: Background from NID, NIFT, Srishti, IDC, MIT-ID, or equivalent design programsWhy Join UsDesign for impact: Your work will shape how millions connect with devotion and spiritualityPioneer the future: Build AI-first, data-driven design systems in a rapidly evolving categoryStrategic ownership: Influence product direction, user behavior, and business outcomesGrow with the best: Collaborate with a sharp, ambitious, and mission-driven teamFull-stack exposure: Work across the spectrum, from 0 → 1 new bets to scaling category-leading productsJoin us to reimagine how Bharat connects with faith, culture, and meaning through the power of design and technology.Apply directly or reach out at jasmine@appsforbharat.com
