This role is perfect for someone starting their design career or with up to 2 years of experience. You will work on a wide range of design tasks across social media, ads, websites and brand communication. You will collaborate closely with the copy, strategy and media teams to create clean, effective, high quality designs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media creatives, digital ads, emailers and website graphicsSupport senior designers in developing brand identities and campaign visualsUnderstand design briefs and translate them into visually appealing layoutsAdapt existing concepts into different sizes and formats for various platformsCollaborate with the copy and marketing teams to ensure alignment between copy and visualsMaintain design files, follow brand guidelines and ensure timely delivery of all tasksAssist in basic motion graphics or GIF based creatives where requiredContribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and contentWhat We Are Looking ForStrong understanding of design principles such as layout, typography and colorProficiency in Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorBasic working knowledge of Canva, Figma or similar toolsCreative mindset with attention to detail and visual qualityAbility to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlinesWillingness to learn and grow with guidance from senior designersBonus: Exposure to motion graphics, video editing or UI designWhat You Will LearnPractical design execution for real world brand campaignsHow to create clean, effective and high converting digital creativesBrand identity development and visual language creationCollaboration across creative, strategy and media teamsHow design works within performance marketing and digital ecosystemsEfficient workflow management, versioning and deliveryWhy Join UsWork on diverse projects across brands and industriesReceive hands-on mentorship from experienced designers and creative leadsBuild a strong portfolio with practical, impact driven design workFriendly, collaborative and growth oriented work cultureClear progression paths for moving into senior design, UI or motion graphics rolesHow to ApplyPlease send your CV, portfolio link and a short note on why you are interested in this role to hr@theconnecthub.com
