Key Responsibilities:


✔ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and hire top talent to build a strong team.

✔ HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and company guidelines.

✔ Vendor Management: Handle external recruitment agencies, training providers, and HR service vendors.

✔ Team Handling: Lead, mentor, and support employees to maintain a positive work culture.

✔ Follow-up & Coordination: Ensure timely execution of HR-related tasks across departments.

✔ Job Descriptions: Create and update JDs to align with business needs.

✔ Employee Engagement: Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.


Ideal Candidate:


✅ Strong leadership & interpersonal skills

✅ Excellent in coordination and follow-ups

✅ Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws

✅ Proficiency in MS Office
