We are seeking an experienced Jira Architect to design, implement, and maintain a scalable and efficient Jira instance for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and be able to analyze our current processes (as-is) and develop a future-state solution (to-be) using Jira.



Responsibilitie

s1. Enterprise Architecture Analysis

:• Conduct a thorough analysis of our current business processes (as-is) to identify areas for improvement

.• Develop a deep understanding of our organization's goals, objectives, and pain points

.2. Jira Architecture Design

:• Design a scalable and efficient Jira instance that aligns with our business goals and processes. • Develop a comprehensive architecture plan, including workflows, screens, and custom fields

.3. To-Be Process Solution

:• Develop a future-state solution (to-be) that addresses current pain points and aligns with our business goals

.• Create detailed documentation of the proposed solution, including workflows, screens, and custom fields

.4. Implementation and Deployment

:• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement the designed solution

.• Deploy the solution in a controlled and phased manner

.5. Post-Implementation Review and Optimization

:• Conduct a thorough review of the implemented solution to ensure it meets our business goals and processes

.• Identify areas for optimization and improvement

.6. Training and Support

:• Provide training and support to end-users on the new Jira instance and processes

.• Develop and maintain documentation to support the Jira instance and processes

.7. Stakeholder Management

:• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the Jira instance and processes meet their needs and expectations

.• Communicate changes and updates to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. Requirements

:1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

.• 3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and process improvement

.• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks

.2. Skills: • In-depth knowledge of Jira administration, architecture, and customization

.• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices

.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

.• Experience with process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, UML)

.• Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)

.3. Certifications

:• Atlassian Jira Administrator certification

.• Atlassian Jira Architect certification

.• ITIL Foundation certificatio
