Responsibilities:
  • Global Visual Strategy: Develop and implement a visual design strategy that resonates with diverse international audiences across multiple countries.
  • Cross-Cultural Design: Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content that respect and embrace the cultural nuances of different regions.
  • Multimedia Expertise: Creation of multimedia content, interactive visuals, and other digital assets.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all design assets meet high-quality standards, are on-brand, and resonate with the target international audience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to bring design projects to life.
Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership: 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on cross-cultural design and leading design teams.
  • Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in creating designs for diverse international audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software and multimedia tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Strong cultural sensitivity and an appreciation of different design aesthetics and traditions.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
