Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map data into common formats, conduct advanced data analysis, validate findings, test hypotheses, and communicate results effectively.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing data usage, enhancing search functionalities, and improving data accuracy.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including third-party vendors, external customers, and various levels of management.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in regular team meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in data mapping, data analysis, and handling large data sets/data warehouses.
  • Strong experience in application development using Core Java.
  • Proficiency with Azure technologies, including Azure Databricks, ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Explorer, and EventHub.
  • Experience with application containerization and deployment processes (Docker, Helm charts, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Preferred experience working with Cosmos DB.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their usage in solving business problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to set, communicate, implement, and achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Strong organizational, project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups.
