As the Project Manager, you will oversee the platform's entire development lifecycle, working with AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and strategists to deliver a market-leading product. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Execution & Oversight:
  • Lead the team in executing development plans efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish timelines and ensure all project milestones are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid delays or roadblocks.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team of developers, data scientists, and designers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing research on existing AI agents and market leaders to refine and sharpen our competitive edge.
  • Resource Management:
  • Plan and allocate resources, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Work with vendors or external contractors where needed.
  • Market-Driven Product Strategy: Ensure that the product aligns with customer needs and trends by translating market insights into actionable features.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Manage project budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.


Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and deeply passionate about artificial intelligence. You thrive in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of successfully managing complex AI or tech-focused projects from ideation to launch.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within AI, SaaS, or technology development.
  • Proven ability to deliver AI-driven platforms or products to market.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, especially AI Agents, NLP, LangChain, and OpenAI platforms.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern development frameworks.

Leadership Abilities:

  • Exceptional team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at fostering collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Market Awareness:

  • Solid grasp of the competitive landscape for AI agents and similar products.
  • Understanding of AI’s business and consumer applications.

Soft Skills:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • An MBA or equivalent in product strategy and execution is a plus.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with funding models, AI marketplaces, and SaaS subscription strategies.
  • Connections in the AI ecosystem or familiarity with AI development tools like InfraNable or Hugging Face.
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices for AI-driven interfaces.
