Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Amazon E-Commerce Executive at All Cotton and Linen in Coimbatore, with flexibility for remote work. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for analytical tasks, account management, sales responsibilities, catalog management, inventory control, pricing strategies, and team management within the Amazon platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of Amazon including Seller Central, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
  • Efficiently manage product catalogs, ensuring accurate data entry, pricing, and product descriptions.
  • Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and search engine ranking.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and avoiding stockouts.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and adjust pricing accordingly.
  • Oversee the fulfillment process, including order management, shipping, and returns.
  • Could you coordinate with logistics partners and make sure delivery of products to customers?
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for each platform, including catalog management, promotions, and purchase order (PO) processing.
  • Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Amazon, Shopify 
  • In-depth knowledge of catalog management, inventory control, pricing, and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience working with multichannel platforms and understanding of their specific requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and platforms.
