Today, planning a trip means scrolling through countless instagram reels, google maps searches, and jumping from one travel booking website to another to discover, book and plan your itinerary. We’re re-imagining that with an AI-native interface.We’re looking for Frontend Engineers who care about craft - people who enjoy building fast, clean, maintainable interfaces with React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling. You’ll work directly with founders, designers, and backend engineers, shipping real features and learning from real users.We’re an experienced team, having built a startup in the travel industry that was acquired by a European OTA. Now we’re using those learnings to reimagine how people discover and book travel.What You’ll DoDevelop sleek, high-performance, and responsive interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and SolidJSConvert Figma designs and design system guidelines into clean, scalable frontend implementationsDesign and maintain modular, reusable components and shared libraries to ensure a cohesive user experienceCollaborate with design, product, and backend teams to ship high-impact feature.Who you are2–5 years of hands-on experience building modern web frontendsDeep knowledge of React.js, including hooks, context, and performance tuningComfortable with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or React QueryStrong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSSExperience using build tools such as Vite or WebpackGood understanding of REST APIs, web performance, and how browsers workSkilled at finding and fixing bugs, including cross-browser issuesBonus points if you haveExperience using Next.js or other tools for server-side rendering (SSR)Worked with CI/CD pipelines and deployment setupsWorked with or helped build design systems like Storybook, MUI, or Chakra UIGood understanding of modern frontend architecture and how to make apps run faster and smoother.What you’ll getCompensation of INR 1.5-2 L per month, based on experience and outcome expected.A chance to turn this into a full-time role if you’re the right fit.Feel free to reach out at vivek@juneai.app for any questions.
