Investment banking professional, the role requires providing a range of financial services to Developers, Builders and Contractors and other entities, including advising on raising construction finance, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and providing financial advisory services.


Roles and Responsibility:

  • Engaging with clients to originate and evaluate fund-raise opportunities
  • Structuring transactions including, project finance, Construction Finance (CF), Land acquisition financing, and working capital requirements, Equity Funding, Structured LRD, and refinancing through NCD or any such instruments
  • Coverage of the large and growing Real Estate groups / Funds / NBFCs / Investor community / Private Equity and sector-focused funds..
  • Coordinate due diligence process with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors and third-party vendors.
  • Coverage of Chartered Accountants and Law firms, RERA consultants for soliciting business and helping existing/new clients with their regulatory requirements.
  • Origination of fund-raising mandates and closely working with Debt Capital Markets participants for execution of the same
  • Overall handling of a transaction through the life-cycle including, origination structuring, approvals, negotiations, documentation, and monitoring.


Job Requirements.

  • MBA preferred, Should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Conversant with RBI guidelines and other statutory obligations.
  • Proven success in managing client relations, and operations, managing customer complaints, and meeting targets.
  • Strong Communication skills with an assertive attitude & and ability to influence.
  • Must have strong relationship management skills.
  • Go-Getter-self motivated individuals.
