We are building the most trusted learning network in the world.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Program Manager who loves solving problems, scaling processes, and working with smart people. You’ll own delivery excellence for assigned subject categories and build a high-quality tutor network that can serve learners across global markets.This role is a mix of operations, analytics, process design, and cross-functional execution — perfect for someone who likes end-to-end ownership and moving fast.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and scale the tutor supply base for assigned categoriesAcquire, screen, onboard, and improve the performance of subject experts across the US, Canada, and the UKDrive end-to-end execution: process design, data analysis, performance monitoring, quality improvementsPartner with Operations, Growth, Product, and Student Experience teams to solve real on-ground challengesLead and coach a small team, driving performance and outcomesWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, category management, or marketplace rolesStrong analytical skills (Excel is a must; SQL/Tableau is a bonus)Someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsOwnership mindset, bias for action, and a “get things done” attitudeHungry to learn, build, and create impactComfortable working in US shift timings (workday starts at 2 PM IST)Why Join WiingyHigh ownership: You won’t just execute tasks, you’ll build processes, make decisions, and see the impact of your work every day.Fast growth environment: We are scaling quickly across global markets and you’ll grow with us.Real impact: Your work directly helps students learn better and tutors earn better.Work with smart people: Collaborate with teams across Product, Operations & Tech-first mindset: We love data, automation, and solving problems the smart way.Recognized as Linkedin Top 20 Startup in 2024If you like taking charge, building things from 0→1, and moving fast, you’ll love working at Wiingy.
