1. Work experience in Failure analysis with good analytical skill
2. Team management and customer handling.
3. Good technical knowledge of respective workstreams.
4. Data analytical tools (Minitab/ JMP)
5. SPC / SQC knowledge (Mandatory) and Six Sigma (Added advantage)
6. Basic knowledge of the Anodizing process (applicable for Ano workstream)
7. Knowledge of stack-up analysis is required.
8. Knowledge of FMEA (Failure mode and effective analysis) required (preferred)
9. Knowledge of engineering design required (mandatory)
10. Knowledge of GD&T required (mandatory)
11. Knowledge of Inspection equipment / Instruments.
12. knowledge of CNC Machining, Surface Finishing, Injection molding, Anodization, and Assembly process.
13. knowledge of 7QC tools and 8D
