Job Description of Pharmacy Manager:
The Pharmacy Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy, ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective dispensing of medications to patients. This role involves managing pharmacy staff, maintaining inventory, adhering to regulatory standards, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
