Job Summary:
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the institution. This role involves managing on-field events, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, event planning, and marketing within an educational or similar environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
● Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
● Plan, coordinate, and execute on-field events, including workshops, seminars, conferences, and other institutional events.
● Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures,
flyers, and social media content.
● Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
