The ideal candidate should have a refined design sense, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create premium, modern visuals that align seamlessly with our brand language.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality visual designs for digital and print platforms, including social media, website banners, packaging, and marketing collaterals.Collaborate closely with the Social Media, Content, and Marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.Stay updated with digital design trends, beauty aesthetics, and visual storytelling techniques.Work on end-to-end design projects from concept development to final delivery.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in graphic design (experience in FMCG/beauty/skincare preferred but not mandatory).A strong portfolio demonstrating premium, clean, and modern design styles.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Canva.Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics.Good understanding of digital trends, beauty styling, and visual storytelling.📩 To ApplySend your resume and portfolio to hr@cittabeauty.com with the subject line: Application – Junior Graphic Designer.
