Conversional Designer

We are looking for an innovative Conversation Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for crafting engaging user experiences through intelligent bot interactions and who is adept at using AI to enhance communication.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement chatbot conversations to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interaction and response strategies.
• Optimize and refine AI algorithms to improve conversation flows and user experience.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve conversational interfaces.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and conversational interfaces.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in bot strategy, conversation design, and AI optimization.
• Experience in any of the following areas will be considered a plus: UX Content Strategy, Information Architecture, or UX Writing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and HCI best practices.
• Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms and tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
