Your Role at NovasensaYou will be part of Novasensa’s core R&D team, actively contributing to the development and optimization of cutting-edge hydrometallurgical processes for battery and e-waste recycling. Your day-to-day work will include:Designing and executing lab-scale experiments in leaching, solvent extraction, precipitation, and crystallizationRecording and analyzing experimental data for process improvementDeveloping SOPs and troubleshooting process issues using scientific literatureSupporting pilot-scale process transition, including parameter definition and material handlingCollaborating across teams for procurement, documentation, reporting, and vendor outreachAs an early-stage startup, team members must be ready to wear many hats and contribute wherever needed, from R&D to operations, business development, GTM execution, from documentation to outreach.
