Role Overview

As a Travel Consultant at Couple Trails, you will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable travel experiences for our guests. Your primary duties will include:

- Engaging with clients to understand their travel desires and preferences.

- Curating bespoke itineraries and recommending the best destinations, accommodations, and activities.

- Addressing customer inquiries through various channels and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Assisting with bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.

- Staying current with industry trends and destination information to offer expert advice.

- Fostering lasting client relationships and ensuring their complete satisfaction.


Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in travel planning, Holiday Sales for International destination

- A fervent passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for others.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

- Customer-centric approach with a proactive and upbeat attitude.
