Hiring a WebShop Manager In Gurugram branch of London based international Fashion Brand. Candidates Should be have Excellent Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Management Skills and a proven track record in the Fashion industry, must have minimum 3 yrs experience in digital media field.

Summary

The successful candidate will develop and implement the company E-Shop and web-based marketing strategy to promote the company brand, attract visitors and generate

internet sales

Job Responsibility:-

  1. This is a full-time on-site role as a Web Shop Manager located in Gurugram. As a Web Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an online shop.
  2. Should have excellent grip on photoshop.
  3. Must have experience on web portals like – Shopify, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.
  4. Have good experience working on website backends, populating formats.
  5. Must have excelled model photoshoot image selection, touch-ups, catalogue layout and social media post making.
  6. Must have good sense of design related decisions as per seasonal theme.
  7. Candidates should be excellent Experience fashion Clothing and Fashion accessories
  8. planning and further development of the shop appearance
  9. Strong ability to work in a team
  10. Developing and designing online and email marketing campaigns
  11. should be extensive knowledge of the product range and the industry
  12. improve conversion rates
  13. must always respond to emails and answer phone messages of Customer's
  14. Define company objectives
  15. Review sales data and stock levels
  16. Optimization of sales and increase conversion rates
  17. Analyze internal data and web analytics
  18. Develop pricing strategies for the e-commerce store
  19. Returns management
  20. Develop SEO and SEM strategies
  21. Evaluate website design and discuss plans to improve
  22. Initiate market research studies
  23. Provide marketing or technical advice to clients
  24. Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
