Requirements

  1. Deep understanding of processes invloved in an engineering Toolroom.
  2. Strong knowledge of Materials used in Injection Moulds
  3. Strong experience in AutoCad and 3D viewing and Meauring.
  4. Software knowledge of NX and AutoCAD


Job Description:

  1. Manage multiple Mould projects simultaneously.
  2. Study and evalute concept mould drawings, 3D/2D drawings and bill of material provided by the Design Team
  3. Creating Process wise drawings for components of the moulds, establish the correct tolernaces in each stage.
  4. Manage project schedules, resources for timely delivery of Moulds.
  5. Prepare progress reports of projects and share it with the management.
  6. Develop optimizing techniques for process life cycle
