Role Summary: The Build and Release Administrator role describing is focused on assisting in the creation, release, and management of marketing assets for a client—particularly within a pharmaceutical industry context. In this role, your primary goal will be to support the manual tasks involved in the release of marketing assets and ensure smooth, error-free processes. While you will be trained on the specific systems and tools, your ability to independently navigate and troubleshoot will be critical. Effective communication and a collaborative mindset will be essential to help the team operate efficiently and resolve any issues that arise during the release and management of assets.

Role Overview:


• Primary Focus: Support the development and release of marketing materials by managing and automating certain steps in the process. The tasks will involve the use of several platforms and tools to upload, edit, and release assets.


• Systems Involved: Salesforce, custom platforms, and drag-and-drop tools for editing marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset Management:

o Upload marketing assets (e.g., email templates, PDFs, websites) to relevant systems.

o Edit marketing materials using drag-and-drop tools and other platforms.

o Set user permissions to ensure proper access to assets.

2. Process Improvement:

o Automate and streamline manual processes involved in the release of marketing assets.

o Work with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to improve release workflows.

3. Collaboration & Troubleshooting:

o Troubleshoot issues related to asset releases, such as why users cannot see a particular asset or why an asset has not been released correctly.

o Collaborate with developers to support the creation of new projects or resolve technical issues.

o Communicate obstacles, highlight issues, and offer solutions to improve team efficiency.

4. Learning & Supporting Systems:

o Learn the various systems used for asset management, including Salesforce and other custom platforms.

o Familiarize yourself with internal procedures and use them to navigate the systems independently.

o Help colleagues learn how to navigate the tools and processes effectively.

What You'll Need:

1. Ability to Learn Systems:

o You'll be trained to understand and use the platforms and tools involved, but you should be able to learn independently over time.

o Once you are comfortable, you should be able to navigate these systems on your own without requiring constant supervision.

2. Analytical Thinking:

o The ability to troubleshoot problems that arise during the process, such as users unable to access marketing materials or issues with asset releases.

o Identifying root causes of problems and implementing solutions.

3. Teamwork:

o Once you've learned specific processes or systems, you'll be expected to help your teammates learn and troubleshoot as well.

o Collaboration and effective communication with your team members are crucial, especially when highlighting obstacles or issues.
