Job Description:

Rattha Realty is seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Marketing Specialist/Manager to lead and execute our content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of content creation, marketing, and execution across multiple platforms. You will play a pivotal role in creating impactful content that drives brand visibility, engages audiences, and generates leads for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Write compelling blogs, articles, and SEO-optimized content for our websites and project landing pages.
  • Create impactful social media organic post content to increase engagement and following.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Craft persuasive Google Ads and Meta Ads content to boost project visibility and lead generation.
  • Design engaging sales and marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and sales kits.

Branding & Communication:

  • Write creative project site branding content to build a strong project identity.
  • Draft professional press releases to promote new developments and achievements.

SEO & Digital Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO guidelines to enhance web traffic.
  • Optimize content for search engines and improve domain authority through backlink strategies.

Content Promotion & Collaboration:

  • Promote content across social media platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing content.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all-around consistency in style, tone, fonts, and visuals.

Innovative Messaging:

  • Create engaging mailers and WhatsApp messages for effective customer communication.
  • Write creative radio scripts and jingles for offline marketing campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Updates:

  • Update and maintain website content to reflect the latest offerings and achievements.
  • Identify content gaps and recommend innovative ideas to address customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 6+ Yrs Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist, Manager, Content Writer, or Copywriter.
  • Portfolio of published content (blogs, articles, or campaigns).
  • Expertise in content strategy, creation, and execution across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and familiarity with tools like Uber suggest or Ahrefs.
  • Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
