The entire focus of the teaching is to ensure maximum engagement, absorption and recall resulting in improved performance that is almost instantly visible. Teaching in a style that they learn best ensures maximum time and focus on their success- be it visual, auditory or kinesthetic learners - they get the most out of it as teaching is customized to their way of learning. We assess preferred learning styles using scientific techniques and help parents understand how they can impact the way their children perform by aligning to their preferred style. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Online Tutor. The Online Tutor will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging virtual lessons tailored to students' needs, tracking and assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance. The role also involves creating lesson plans, creating engaging content and practice questions and exercises for each learning style, engaging with students interactively, and troubleshooting any basic technical issues related to online teaching platforms. Qualifications Experience in teaching or tutoring with strong instructional and presentation skillsExpertise in subject matter relevant to the role (e.g., Math, Science, English, or technical skills)Proficiency in using digital tools, online platforms, and virtual teaching technologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple students and sessions effectivelyPatience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning stylesA Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields is preferredPrevious experience in remote teaching is a plus
