Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. This role involves lead generation, market research, client outreach, and assisting in the overall sales process. The ideal candidate is a proactive and ambitious individual eager to gain hands-on experience in business development within the recruitment industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets.
  • Support the sales team in outreach efforts, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring trends and business needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
