Role Overview:

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate specializing in bulk influencer campaigns within the hair care category. This role involves working with nano and micro creators, handling large-scale campaigns, and driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships. If you have experience managing high-volume influencer collaborations and executing seamless campaigns, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Identification & Onboarding

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard nano and micro-influencers aligned with campaign objectives in the hair care category.
  • Maintain and expand a network of content creators to ensure a steady pipeline of influencers for bulk campaigns.
  • Assess influencers based on engagement rates, audience demographics, and content quality to ensure maximum ROI.

Bulk Campaign Execution & Management

  • Develop and implement scalable strategies for executing influencer marketing campaigns at scale.
  • Coordinate mass outreach, negotiations, and onboarding processes for influencers.
  • Manage influencer deliverables, ensuring timely content submissions, approvals, and campaign rollouts.
  • Track and optimize performance, ensuring brand messaging and compliance are met.

Negotiation & Relationship Building

  • Negotiate rates and deliverables with influencers while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers for ongoing collaborations.

Campaign Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Generate detailed reports analyzing the effectiveness of bulk campaigns and provide strategic recommendations.

Collaboration & Market Insights

  • Work closely with brands, agencies, and internal teams to align influencer activations with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on trending hair care content, influencer behaviors, and market shifts to continuously optimize strategies.

Experience & Skills

1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, with a strong focus on bulk campaigns.

Prior experience working on nano and micro-influencer collaborations.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and influencer discovery tools.

Ability to handle high-volume campaigns, ensuring efficiency in influencer communication and coordination.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

Experience working with hair care or beauty brands is a plus.
