We are looking for an experienced leader to head the entire Commercial Vertical Pan-India. This role is ideal for someone who aspires to start or lead a business. A person with hands-on experience on departmental Profit & Loss, leading highly efficient teams and a positive growth mindset. The organisation is looking for a self-driven leader who enjoys real estate business, has handled commercial as a vertical and perhaps aspires to become an entrepreneur. The organisation offers an enthusiastic leader the opportunity to shape and influence the growth and direction of the warehouse department -- develop the right strategy, find appropriate locations, secure best prices and hire best resources.


With customer satisfaction the primary goal — the role includes:

  • Preparing Annual Operating plans and Business Plans
  • Driving strategy and execution
  • Creating and leading a team of professionals
  • Train and manage team to solve day-to-day operational issues to fulfil short and long-term goals
  • Creating and influencing a database of investors
  • Creating and driving a team of regional partners
  • Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
  • Networking with potential partners
  • Required skills and qualifications
  • Management Graduate from a leading school
  • Over 10 or more years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with commercial procedures and policies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
  • Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal


Preferred skills and qualifications

Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in logistics or supply chain management

Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouses
