Role: Oracle HCM Consultant

Experience: 5 -15 yrs

Work Days : Monday to Friday.

Location - Hybrid / Remote

Must Have: Oracle HCM with Presales Experience

Job Summary:

Roles and responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Have at least 2 Fusion Project Implementations experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules.
• Highly Proficient in Fusion - Compensation Workbench, Fusion – Payroll, Fusion – OTL, Fusion - Absence Management, Fusion - Global HCM, Fusion SAAS /E-Business Technical, PL/SQL, Fast Formulae.
• Have good knowledge of HR Processes and EBS HRMS is preferred.
• Keen to learn and explore new Oracle Fusion HCM related technologies.
• Good understanding of OTBI, Data Migration, PAAS Solutions, VBCS and Integrations
• Responsible to engage with prospective clients.
• Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning, business justification techniques.
• Must have good experience in multiple domains such as healthcare, Banking, Real Estate & Construction, FMCG, Services, trading, etc...
• Enthusiastic to collaborate with the wide team - sales, offshore delivery, offshore bid management, Oracle, etc.
• Must understand Oracle Cloud product (to demo, talk solution, etc.), create scope document, create price document, etc.
• Ready to travel 25% or more (Region shouldn't be a constraint)

Job Requirements

· Good Understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud/On premise Solutions (Especially SaaS).

· Presales experience would be added advantage.

· Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multi-functional and technical teams is must.

· Good with time-management, assertive nature, an eye for details and ability to manage multiple opportunities at a time.

· Experience of handling solution design for small to medium complexity customers is expected.

Experience & Background

· Graduate qualification

· Relevant Experience must be preferred (4 -12 Years)

· Excellent verbal, vocal and written communication skills
