Job Summary:


MPC Cloud Consulting is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter for our Gurugram office. The Technical recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
  • Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
  • Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Post/place ads on job boards
  • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing to joining
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.


Experience:

  • Minimum two years of technical recruitment experience. Should have handled IT hiring for internal and external customers. Pref on Oracle technologies.
